Just Be Better Everday! It’s that simple #IYP ‘Longevity’
Better, or best, let’s do our best to be better!!
So on this day in our history we know what happened we remember where we were and remember how we felt! This is a simple fact for pretty much all people on the planet. Not getting into any of the politics of these acts but on everyside of the fence everyone remembers their reactions, it was that powerful of an event. I would like to use that event as a metaphor for all of use whom are trying to better oursleves everyday, and one of the reasons to better oursleves everyday is to ignite that wind of change for positivity. That positivity for people we interact with on a daily basis; example if you have children or a loved one…vibe on this for just a moment to understand the power of our actions…our energy when we awake in the morning we have numerous choice but let’s say we have choice A; which is to wake up like a cranky ass mofo, grumpy, snappy, negative -now think of your interactions with those around you in the morning (I speak from experience here and it was like walking on eggshells being around someone who is a cranky PHUCK first thing in the morning and it set’s your day off terribly if you let it) On the flip side of that choice B; imagine waking up to someone who is so happy to see you, you hear amazing ambient music in the background, the words being spoken reinforce positivity and empowerment and you just sence love (I have also been able to wake up to this style of empowerment and it is 100% like a hot humid summer compared to a nasty wind blown winter in the way your mind body and soul take in the energy and waves around you)
So for me one of the first things I worked at being better at was the morning routine…I mean this is our one life so why not make it better today than it was yesterday, so this is what I did and now waking up and my/our morning time is so pleasent, relaxing, and nourishing as the start of our day- it realy is a beautuful thing. I changed the being rushed vibe to just a chill pace, I made the first music I hear very relaxing, and some type of instrument piano or violin as these type of music waves heal and nourish. We made our tea ritual a very peaceful yet joyful expericence were we interact in a very quiet yet loving way which always leads to some type of laughter…again all these energies are of the betterment of our day each second of it. Now again do not get me twisted here…we are all phucking human so this amazing vibe does get messed with on occasion, we all human people we make mistakes!! Its just having that awareness to be able to pull yourself back on track! And to not sweat the small stuff.
The plan for me is on the daily to try to create the best version of myslef possible and that start’s from the moment I wake up until the moment I lay my head back down. Ok we spoke about the personal interactions in the most intement of moments as you awake and start the pace for your day. As we leave the house — the next part of your day is you driving yourself to work (sharing the roadsways with others) or walking to get your cup of Joe or your breakfast or the paper or whatever interactions you will have next…again use that choice A or B. If we can image a world where choice B was so prevelant that, human interaction was most of the time just a beautiful thing of empowerment and making your fellow human feel good. I mean who doesn’t love to be told ‘wow you look great today’ or ‘thank you for that’ or your awesome…the list goes on. Again to leave with that super sexy taste in your mouth so that you can than pass that on….I mean that’s the seed of change right there. When you are able to pay a good deed or energy forward to make someone else’s day…so amazing! The flip side of that something we experienced this morning was a young women (16–20 years old) who was riding her bike, and a cab driver. I did not see the issue that took place prior to the next part of the interaction but I just can not see it being worth what was said next… ‘you phuckin ‘B’….learn the rules of the road or better yet walk, your a phukcing discrace learn how to read…’ and then he blazed off so fast that no one even knew what happened. This poor young women was just right messed up mentaly I mean she could not lock up her bike, she was shaking…really who wants to ever feel like that? Who wants to make someone feel like that? I can only imagine what next few hours of her day were like…just trying to recover I am sure of it. Again not a good use of our Be better ~
The next part of your day being work or school, taking care of children or whatever it is, just be aware of your interaction’s with yourself and with others. To be better is really simple and it does not take much effort at all, just a small mental strength component that say’s I want to be better and make this world better than I was or it was yesterday. Such a beautiful thing that we can work on daily to move this planet forward on a path of higher vibrations that can only lead to amazing things!!
